Incorporated Societies Act

On 21 February 2026 an  Extraordinary Special meeting was held to approve our new constitution and re register with the New Zealand Incorporated Societies.  This has been completed are we are now operating under our new constitution.  Thank you to everyone who attend and support this requirement under the new Incorporated Societies Act. Membership Fees

It’s that time of year and membership fees are due. As said, we are now working under the new constitution and there a couple of important changes.

• You have until 30 April 2026 to renew you membership.
• If you have not renewed by then, you will have to apply as a new member and will be issued with a new membership number and card.
• New memberships will not be accepted between 1 December  - 30 March each financial year. 
• Membership transfers will still be accepted during this time.

Please check with our staff that your details are up to date or fill in a contact form at the bar and hand into our staff or one of your committee members.
